Moon Overs

Ingredients

Moon Overs
bread
eggs
Sauce
4 TBS butter
4 TBS flour
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions
Take pieces of bread and make a hole in the middle using the bottom of a small cup. Place on the griddle and crack an egg over the hole and cook like a dip N egg to where it will still be yolky inside.
To make the sauce place the butter in a separate saucepan. Melt the butter then add flour and milk. Stir over medium heat until sauce starts to thicken. Then add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve bread and egg with sauce over it.
